Mobile Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your OnePulse account, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Open the OnePulse app on your mobile device
2. Navigate to your Profile, located in the fourth tab of the app
3. Scroll down and click on ‘Delete your account’
4. Confirm your intention to proceed

In line with our Privacy Policy, upon account deletion, we will delete your profile information and any avatar/image that is held on our general servers as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days. Your answers to Pulses will be retained by us in an anonymous form.

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing info@onepulse.com with the email and/or username associated with your OnePulse account.

Please note account deletion is irreversible.
