Refer-A-Friend Sweepstakes

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Refer-a-Friend Sweepstake is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the United States. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of OnePulse and its partners are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstake.

Entry Period: The Sweepstake will begin at 11:00 AM BST on the 1st of September 2023 and end at 11:59 PM BST on the 30th of September 2023. Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible for the September draw.

How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstake, participants must complete the following steps:

1. Find a friend(s) and encourage them to download the OnePulse app from either the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Have the friend(s) sign up for a OnePulse account within the Entry Period. For your entry to count, the friend(s) sign-up date must be after 11:00 AM BST on the 1st of September 2023.
3. Ensure the referred friend(s) complete at least 5 Pulses on the OnePulse app.

Entry Requirements: The entry must fulfil all sweepstakes requirements, as specified in section 3, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of OnePulse. Each participant may enter the Sweepstake multiple times with different friends.

Winner Selection: Among all eligible entries, one pair of two winners (the participant and their friend) will be selected through a random draw conducted by the OnePulse team. The draw will occur within one day after the Entry Period has concluded.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within two days following the winner selection. OnePulse shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to the winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Winners must respond to the notification within three days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Prizes: The winners – one pair of two winners (the participant and their friend), will receive a prize of $50. The prize will be credited to the winners’ PayPal accounts within five days after the winner’s confirmation.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Publicity: Participating in the Sweepstake grants OnePulse the right to use their username for promotional purposes (including the Monthly Pulse newsletter) without any further compensation.

Privacy: Participants’ personal information will be collected and used solely for Sweepstake and in accordance with OnePulse’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions: 

4.  OnePulse reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating Sweepstake’s terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities. 
5. OnePulse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstake at any time without prior notice. 
6. By participating in the Sweepstake, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of OnePulse, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstake.
   

Governing Law: This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales .

By participating in the Sweepstake, participants fully and unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions.
